    We are unable to redirect orders if items have been dispatched.

  • Royal mail doesn't deliver on bank holidays.
  • For guaranteed delivery on Saturday (extra charge £2.00) you need to order before 12 o'clock on Friday.
    Orders placed after that will be delivered the following day.

The prices don’t include tax charges. The total cost of your order will be the price of the item plus the tax and shipping charges.

International Customers

The total cost of your order is subjected to the exchange rate of your credit or debit card. Customers outside the UK will be liable for any import duty or other charges according to the restrictions of your country. Please make sure you are aware of such restrictions before you place the order. If so, the delivery company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as your items will stay in customs till you pay the amount requested.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Our aim is to help you select the right style and size but if you have
second thoughts then you can return the garment.
 
Email us in returns@solovesvintage.com as soon as possible.

Important note
 
1. Notify us by email in 24 hours from the moment you received the parcel.
2. The parcel should be in the mail within 2 days of your delivery date.
3. All items must be with all the tags and in pristine condition.
4. Keep the clothes inside the packaging and away of odour.
5. We will charge you 15% restocking fee if its refund. For returns, exchanges or
credit notes this fee is not applicable. This fee is for credit card company charges.
6. We reserve the right to refuse refund, return, exchange or credit if we think that
items been worn or damaged.
7. Items must be returned in your own cost.
8. Always use special delivery as we won’t be responsible if it goes missing and we
won’t authorize the return, refund, exchange or credit.
9.Shipping fees are never returnable.
10. We proceed with the return once the items are in our hands.
11. Provide also the return reference code, name, address, and the code of the item.
